Uzbekistan, Tashkent – According to AN Podrobno.uz, the newly implemented escrow account system in Uzbekistan will enable the provision of mortgage loans and housing subsidies even before the completion of construction.

They will be available as soon as 50% of the construction work on the site is completed. The terms will apply to both subsidized and commercial mortgages.
This was discussed today at a meeting chaired by Shavkat Mirziyoyev. Currently, mortgages and subsidies are only issued for the purchase of housing in completed residential complexes.
Additionally, citizens will also be able to sell their housing to other individuals before the construction is finished.
