The subscription grants access to modern financial management tools, such as automatic expense analysis and interest-free money transfers.
Additionally, subscribers will be able to take advantage of a wide range of lifestyle services and entertainment at special rates through our partners — Yandex Plus and Setanta.
The new service will be available through Payme, one of the leaders in the payment systems market in Uzbekistan. Payme is an integral part of the digital banking ecosystem of TBC Uzbekistan, which serves 17 million unique registered users and includes the digital bank TBC Bank Uzbekistan (TBC UZ), as well as the rapidly growing Payme Nasiya business, which offers installment payments.
This project will be a key element of TBC Uzbekistan's strategy to expand its digital product lineup, accelerate the introduction of new solutions to the market, and scale the company's presence in Uzbekistan. Payme Plus will enable TBC Uzbekistan to further engage its customer base, increasing the number of users actively utilizing multiple products, as well as enhancing customer loyalty and average revenue per user (ARPU).
The CEO of TBC Uzbekistan, Nika Kuridiani, commented: “Payme Plus is not just a fintech service; it is a comprehensive solution that integrates finances into everyday life, significantly enhancing the customer experience at TBC and setting a new standard in the market.
The high demand during the trial period indicates that this unique package can stimulate revenue growth, boost customer engagement, and strengthen TBC's position as the leading digital banking ecosystem in the region.”
The launch of Payme Plus occurs alongside a range of other innovative products aimed at enhancing customer engagement, increasing their loyalty, and creating new revenue streams. Among these new offerings are the Salom Card debit card, the Osmon Card credit product with a revolving limit, and TBC Business — the first fully digital banking service in Uzbekistan for small and medium-sized enterprises and individual entrepreneurs.
In 2024, TBC Uzbekistan also actively leveraged artificial intelligence capabilities, successfully implementing AI agents for payment reminders. Furthermore, the digital bank managed to attract $75 million in new capital, a record for the year, which strengthened the ecosystem's ability to scale rapidly and provide advanced banking solutions to an even larger number of users.
