Uzbekistan will publish a ranking of insurance companies.

A rating system for insurance companies is being implemented in Uzbekistan, developed in accordance with the decree of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. This was reported by the press service of the National Agency for Project Management (NAPM).

The assessment takes into account the quality of services provided, the financial stability of companies, compliance with legal standards, and the timeliness of payments.

To compile the ranking, 19 key indicators are utilized, including the processing of insurance claims, international ratings, financial stability, the introduction of innovative products, and potential legal violations.

The ranking will be updated monthly (by the 10th) and published on the official website of the NAPP, which will contribute to making the insurance services market more transparent and enhancing its competitiveness.

The document, approved by the director of NAPP on December 25, 2024, was registered by the Ministry of Justice on January 20, 2025. The regulation will come into effect after its official publication.
