"Агробанк" поддерживает жителей регионов в создании сельскохозяйственных плантаций.

"Agrobank" assists residents in regional areas with the establishment of agricultural plantations.

"Agrobank" is actively working to provide employment opportunities for unemployed citizens throughout the republic. The bank's financial support assists them in establishing agricultural production based on the principle of "one circuit – one product."

The bank is connected to 2,100 mahallas, providing support for the implementation of projects aimed at cultivating high-yield and export-oriented agricultural crops.

One successful example can be seen in the Jizzakh region. There, based on the principle of "one contour – one product," 24,000 residents in 309 mahallas were able to lease nearly 14 hectares of land.

In the "Manas" mahalla of the Dustlik district, 20 unemployed residents launched a super project. They were allocated a 20-hectare plot of land through an auction. They fully planted it with broccoli, established a drip irrigation system, and conducted all necessary agronomic activities. For this, they received 2.5 billion sums. "Agrobank" transferred the funds to the charitable account of the mahalla. As a result, the residents collected a good harvest, which is now being sold in both external and internal markets.

Successful projects have also been implemented in the Syrdarya region. In 239 mahallas, approximately 10,000 hectares of free land were leased for 30 years to 20,300 residents.

In the "Beshbulok" mahalla of the Syrdarya district, 38 citizens also organized a broccoli plantation. They were granted 19 hectares through an auction, and "Agrobank" allocated funds amounting to 2.5 billion sums to the charitable account of the "Beshbulok" mahalla for the execution of this "super project," enabling the farmers to properly manage all processes. They are currently in the harvest stage.

Why are these projects considered super projects? Because they offer a clearly defined mechanism for generating income and a guaranteed interest from farmers. Each landowner can achieve two harvests per hectare and an annual income of 257 million sums. Additionally, if greenhouses are organized during the cold season, there is an opportunity for extra profit.

It should be noted that the principle of "one contour – one product" was introduced in accordance with the decrees of the President of Uzbekistan aimed at supporting the organization of farmer households and the development of family entrepreneurship in the field of horticulture and viticulture. The head of state set specific tasks for the effective use of land, as well as for increasing the income of the population through the production of export-oriented products.

Based on these documents, unemployed citizens in the regions are provided with long-term leases of irrigated land ranging from 0.5 hectares to one hectare, where they can plant one agricultural crop. This ensures their employment and allows them to earn from the sale of their harvest.
