The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has signed two loan agreements in Uzbekistan, as announced by Zuzanna Hargitai, Managing Director for Financing and Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises at EBRD, on her LinkedIn page.

Kharhitai noted that the bank is providing a loan of 1.1 million USD to Dolores Travel Group to expand their tourist fleet. This financing includes a grant contingent upon meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) for sustainability.
“We are also strengthening the agribusiness sector with a grant of 200,000 euros for our company BlueRibbon Ermak under the EBRD Agrifood Nexus program, funded by Germany. This grant complements the RSF loan of 1.9 million euros provided earlier this year, which supports their investments in energy-efficient technologies for processing nuts, seeds, fruits, and dairy products,” she added.
