С 2026 года планируется отмена фиксированных налоговых ставок с оборота для микробизнеса.

Starting in 2026, fixed turnover tax rates for microbusinesses are set to be abolished.

Uzbekistan, Tashkent – According to AN Podrobno.uz, starting in 2026, Uzbekistan may eliminate fixed turnover tax rates for microbusinesses. These rates were introduced last year as a simplified alternative to the standard 4% turnover tax.

This is outlined in the bill prepared by the Ministry of Economic Finance.

It is expected that prior to this, the fixed tax for businesses will be increased. Starting January 1, 2025, for enterprises with an annual income of up to 500 million soums, it will amount to 34 million soums, and for those earning between 500 million and 1 billion soums – 40 million soums.

It is worth noting that as of January 1 of this year, the fixed tax rate for the first category was set at 25 million soums, while for the second category it was 34 million soums.

If the bill is approved and the changes come into effect, microbusinesses will lose the right to simplified taxation starting in 2026. Initially, it was planned that this arrangement would be permanent.
