Государственную долю в строительной компании "Трест-12" реализовали за 111 миллиардов сумов.

The government stake in the construction firm "Trest-12" has been sold for 111 billion sums.

Uzbekistan, Tashkent – According to AN Podrobno.uz, the State Asset Management Agency (AUMG) has announced the sale of a 51.12% stake in the construction firm "Trest-12." The buyer, Delta Global Dynamics, has offered 111 billion sums, as reported by a Podrobno.uz correspondent.

The privatization process took 3.5 years – the state package was put up for sale back in September 2021. Deloitte acted as the deal consultant. Four companies expressed interest in purchasing, but only two reached the final stage, with Delta Global Dynamics emerging as the winner.

The buyer committed to maintaining jobs, the existing payroll fund, and the terms of the collective agreement for two years. The deal was approved by the State Commission for Privatization.

"Trust-12," founded in 1979, is one of Uzbekistan's leading construction companies, recognized for implementing significant projects, including the buildings of the Cabinet of Ministers, the National Library, and the "Minor" mosque.

Previously, the company received large state orders without a tender, which sparked discussions about a potential conflict of interest, considering that relatives of former Minister of Construction Batyr Zakirov were among the shareholders.

Delta Global Dynamics, registered in January 2022, is owned by Daniyar Kamilov, the son of former Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov.
