Spot examined the official pages of commercial banks and compiled a list of banks whose branches will be operational during the holiday and weekend days associated with the Constitution Day. Traditionally, the Central Bank has published a corresponding list of banks, but this time it did not share one.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Justice, December 7 (Saturday) is a day off for employees with a five-day workweek, December 8 (Sunday) is Constitution Day, and December 9 (Monday) is a transferred day off.
Currency exchange points and money transfer services will be available at the branches of at least 19 banks.
The following banks are included in the list:

- "Trustbank";
- "Turonbank";
- "Uzpromstroybank";
- InfinBANK;
- "Mortgage Bank";
- "Microcredit Bank";

- Asia Alliance Bank;
- Octobank;
- Orient Finans Bank;
- Hayotbank;
- Tenge Bank;
- Davrbank;
- Anor Bank.
Currency exchange will also be available through ATMs operating in "24/7" mode and via the mobile applications of commercial banks.
