Kozim Bakhtiyarovich Urinboykhudzhaev was born on November 7, 1986, in Tashkent. Over the years, he has held positions such as the First Deputy Chairman of the Cycling Federation of Uzbekistan, Secretary General of the federation, and Director of the "Milliy" stadium.
