The Enforcement Bureau has put part of a building up for sale in the Shaykhantahur district of Tashkent, as reported on E-auksion.
Buyers are being offered premises in an unfinished five-story building of the Park in Mall shopping and entertainment complex. It is located within the Tashkent City area.
For sale are spaces on the second floor marked with the letter 3A, totaling 446.8 square meters. It is noted that these were used as collateral for a loan.
The starting price for the lot is 4.46 billion sums. The auction will take place on November 29 at 10:00 AM, with applications accepted until 9:00 AM on the same day.
The lot is being sold in accordance with a decision from the Tashkent City Economic Court issued in May (enforcement document 4−1001−2409/2765).
