Starting January 1, 2024, a cashback limit has been established at no more than 225,000 sums per month. This is equivalent to spending on purchases totaling 22.5 million sums.
If a business owner who made a payment has not submitted their tax report, made errors in it, or has outstanding tax debts, the cashback will only be credited after all violations have been resolved. For instance, the turnover tax report for December (annual report), as well as declarations for personal income tax and social tax, must be submitted no later than February 15. Until that time, the cashback may remain in a pending confirmation status.
Cashback is not granted in the following cases:
— if the receipt is registered more than 10 calendar days after the purchase;
— for the purchase of cars, airline tickets, and train tickets;
— for the payment of utility services and communication services;
— for receipts from self-employed individuals;
— if the buyer is listed in the Register of Suspicious Buyers.
The Register of Suspicious Buyers includes individuals who register someone else's receipts or attempt to obtain cashback illegally.
If the purchase is paid through marketplaces or electronic payment systems, and the user's phone number matches the number in the Soliq app, the cashback is credited automatically.
Regarding online taxi aggregators, in most cases, their drivers are registered as self-employed, and their receipts do not qualify for cashback.
To transfer confirmed cashback to a bank card, Face ID identification must be completed.
The Soliq app is regularly updated, so it is recommended to install the latest version promptly.
Download the app only from official platforms: Play Market or App Store.
