The preliminary data on "white" imports has been presented by the Statistics Agency. The value of imported devices amounted to 374.5 million dollars.

China once again emerged as the leader in supplies, accounting for 3.4 million imported smartphones. Following China are Vietnam with 589.4 thousand, India with 113.6 thousand, and Hong Kong with 46.1 thousand. The remaining countries contributed 5.4 thousand units of imported devices.

It is worth noting that in 2023, the volume of legal smartphone imports in Uzbekistan reached 3.4 million units. This is 800 thousand units less than in 2024.

Additionally, it is important to remember that from January to June 2024, Uzbekistan imported 1.8 million mobile phones worth 171.1 million dollars. The majority of phones were imported from China and Vietnam.
