The active customer base of the ecosystem is steadily growing: by the end of 2024, it surpassed 2.3 million individuals, which is an increase of 28.01% compared to 2023.
More users are beginning to utilize the super app for their everyday tasks. In December 2023, nearly 88% of customers actively using the app relied solely on telecommunications services. By September 2024, this figure had decreased to 84.6%. Currently, over 1.25 million users are combining at least two services within a single app.
“We observe that the addition of new services to the ecosystem consistently contributes to the growth of active users and an increase in transaction frequency. In 2025, we plan to offer our customers new convenient products, such as a BNPL service (buy now, pay later), microloans, and also launch a social platform for targeted peer-to-peer assistance to those in need. We will also continue to expand the range of products in the Humans Market marketplace and increase the delivery area from bazaars to 50 cities in Uzbekistan,” stated Vladimir Dobrynin, CEO and founder of Humans Group.
Financial technologies remain one of the key drivers of the company's development. The net revenue from the Humans Pay payment and transfer service in 2024 amounted to 133.1 billion sums, which is 59.98% more than in 2023.
The number of unique users of the service in the first three quarters of 2024 exceeded 701 thousand, which is 21.27% more than in the same period last year. The growth of the service was driven not only by an increase in the number of users but also by enhanced activity: customers began to log into the app more frequently, conduct more transactions, and transfer larger sums. In the first three quarters of 2024, the total volume of card-to-card transfers increased by 151.63%, and the number of transactions per active user rose by 62.15%.
The telecommunications sector is also continuing to expand. The number of active users of Humans' telecom services in 2024 exceeded 1.56 million, of which 279.2 thousand are using unlimited internet packages, which is an increase of 78.55% compared to the previous year.
“In 2024, Humans demonstrated double-digit growth across most key indicators. We strengthened our position in the telecom market and confirmed the effectiveness of our strategy aimed at integrating telecom service users into the ecosystem. Customers are increasingly using multiple services within a single super app. However, the plans for developing the fintech sector were not fully realized due to the unprecedented actions of the Central Bank and the biased policies of the regulator. Nevertheless, the Humans team did everything possible to support the growth of the ecosystem and continue its development,” summarized Vladimir Dobrynin.
