Following this, the authorized capital of Oson will amount to 25 billion sums, marking the third change in the last 12 months.
In February 2024, the company re-registered as a joint-stock company and increased its capital from 10 billion to 13 billion sums.
The next increase occurred in September 2024, when the company issued shares worth 7 billion sums, raising its authorized capital to 20 billion sums, which meets the minimum threshold for payment organizations that will take effect in July 2025.
