Anniversary gift: The Uzbek Technological Metals Plant has exceeded its export targets ahead of schedule.

Uzbekistan, Tashkent – According to AN Podrobno.uz, the Uzbek Technological Metals Plant has exceeded its projected export plan ahead of schedule. This achievement serves as a special gift in celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Plant, which includes this facility.

The labor team at the plant has been tasked with producing 750 tons of metallic molybdenum worth 30 million dollars and 30 tons of metallic tungsten valued at 1.05 million dollars this year – totaling 31.05 million dollars in products.

As of today, the enterprise has exported 567.87 tons of molybdenum in the form of briquettes worth 28.06 million dollars, as well as 61.98 tons of this metal in stacks valued at 3.3 million dollars.

Thus, the export of products from the Uzbek Technological Metals Plant has reached 31.36 million dollars to date. This has allowed the company to exceed its projected plan by 101.01%.

It is expected that by the end of this year, export figures will reach 38.77 million dollars.

For reference. The Uzbek Technological Metals Plant is located in Chirchik. It was established on the basis of the Scientific and Production Association "Rare Metals and Hard Alloys" by presidential decree.

The plant specializes in the deep processing of tungsten and molybdenum through powder metallurgy, producing various products and alloys. Additionally, it manufactures durable chamotte bricks and ceramic products. In recent years, the team at the plant has developed the production of numerous new types of products including ferromolybdenum, dry construction mixtures, carbide bearings, ammonium octamolybdate, titanium-tantalum hard alloy, and high-hydropneumatic plates.
