The State Asset Management Agency has extended the acceptance of binding offers for the privatization of the company "Neftegazmontaj." This information is available on its website.
The corresponding recommendation was made by consultants from Mosaic Financial, as noted by the Agency. Candidates interested in purchasing requested additional time to analyze the financial and operational activities of the enterprise, which is necessary for preparing a proposal.
Simultaneously, consultants will continue their efforts to attract additional potential investors and gather applications expressing interest in the purchase. The deadline for document submission is extended until 18:00 Tashkent time on November 29.
The collection of applications for the privatization of "Neftegazmontaj" began in July. At the beginning of September, the Agency announced an extension of the process to ensure a competitive environment.
About the Company
- LLC "Neftegazmontaj" was established in 2004. The company carries out construction work on distribution engineering structures, primarily in the oil and gas sector.
- The company's authorized capital is $4.27 million. The founders include "Uzbekneftegaz," "Uztransgaz," "Tashneftegazstroy," "Bukhara Gazpromstroy," "Yuggazstroy," and "Mubarek Neftegazmontaj."
- The company operates over 650 units of vehicles, construction, earth-moving, drilling, lifting equipment, and other machinery from Volvo, Caterpillar, Liebherr, Renault, and Komatsu.
The sale of the company is included in the privatization program approved by the president in March 2023.
In addition to "Neftegazmontaj," the agency has also extended the acceptance of purchase applications for Invest Group Centre (the "Yoshlik" sports complex), and the hotels "Khiva Lokomotiv" and "Khiva Plaza." The new deadline has also been set for November 29.
