On November 6, a presentation of educational products aimed at developing digital competencies and management skills took place at the School 21 digital technology campus. More than 50 partners of the school participated in the event, including representatives from IT companies, universities, and organizations such as:
- TBC Bank;
- Payme;
- Institute for Advanced Training of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
- Startup Garage;
- Aloqa Ventures LLC;
- Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex;
- PDP University and many others.
The event served as a platform for partners to get acquainted with four short-term intensive courses designed for corporate teams, online programs ranging from 3.5 to 6 months focused on digital skills, and educational solutions for university students.

“It is essential for modern companies to provide their teams with opportunities for professional growth and the development of digital competencies. The uniqueness of School 21's approach lies in the application of the 'peer-to-peer' learning methodology. This accelerates the development of digital and management skills and helps enhance soft competencies such as leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and self-organization. We create an environment where team-building occurs through shared challenges and exciting new tasks, making the learning process engaging and effective,” said Zarina Lukhmanova, CEO of School 21.
During the presentation, four main intensive courses developed by School 21 were introduced. The intensives are short but intensive educational programs that allow participants to quickly immerse themselves in the subject area and acquire a substantial amount of practical skills. These courses are conducted in-person at the school's campuses and focus on developing key digital and management skills. Among them are:
Data Analysis Intensive: a program lasting from 6 to 7 days, during which participants learn the basics of data collection and analysis. They engage in a game format to adapt and act under conditions of partial uncertainty, synchronizing with other team members, thereby developing their collective problem-solving skills.
IT Project Management Intensive: a three-day program for leaders that enables participants to master key soft and hard skills necessary for effective IT project management. The course helps establish a clear development process that takes into account real timelines and labor costs. Upon completion of the intensive, participants will create a prototype that can serve as the basis for a successful project launch.
Artificial Intelligence Intensive: a two-day course that introduces the fundamentals of AI and machine learning. The course program includes various thematic assignments, workshops, and masterclasses on prompt engineering using neural networks such as GigaChat, Kandinsky, Perplexity, and Gamma. Thanks to this intensive, employees will expand their knowledge of AI and be able to apply it to corporate tasks.
Team Management Intensive: a four-week online and offline course for team leaders aimed at improving team interaction, communication skills, and productivity. The hybrid learning format allows for the most effective use of time and resources, as learning occurs concurrently with work. Participants can directly apply the knowledge and skills they acquire in practice, significantly enhancing their qualifications and work efficiency.

In addition to in-person intensives, the school also offered online programs lasting from 3.5 to 6 months in key areas:
- testing digital products (QA engineer);
- data analysis in IT;
- project management;
- UX/UI design;
- system analysis.
The online learning format allows participants to combine their studies with work tasks and connect from any time zone, making education as flexible and accessible as possible. These programs not only contribute to enhancing the digital skills and competencies of employees but also provide an opportunity to learn a new field from scratch. Upon completion of the training, participants receive a diploma of professional retraining or a certificate of advanced training, provided they have higher or secondary vocational education.

“For us, School 21 is a strategic partner in forming a strong TBC team. The school combines comprehensive training with a solid technical foundation, developing flexibility of thinking and management skills among students. In partnership with TBC Uzbekistan, the leading digital banking ecosystem in Central Asia, students will gain access to cutting-edge technologies and innovative projects, allowing them to not only apply their acquired knowledge in practice but also grow in a dynamic professional environment, opening new opportunities for advancement,” shared Davron Adylkhodjaev, CIO of TBC Bank.

School 21 has also invited universities to collaborate in creating joint additional professional education programs, implementing practical modules and intensives into master's and bachelor's curricula. Such initiatives allow students in technical fields to apply theoretical knowledge in practice by solving real IT tasks and completing projects, while students in “non-technical” fields can explore the wide-ranging applications of technology in their future professions.
