Uzbekistan, Tashkent – According to AN Podrobno.uz, Tashkent will host the upcoming meeting of the CIS Economic Council, scheduled for April 28 of this year. The agenda includes the approval of a comprehensive set of measures aimed at attracting and promoting mutual investments among the member states of the Commonwealth, prepared at the initiative of Uzbekistan, as reported by a Podrobno.uz correspondent.

It is noted that this document aims to enhance the investment climate, boost foreign direct investments, and improve the effectiveness of their implementation.
During the meeting of the Economic Affairs Commission held on February 19 in Moscow, key aspects of economic cooperation among CIS countries were discussed, along with projects that will be implemented as part of joint efforts.
Furthermore, during the meeting, a plan was approved for conducting other significant events, including a joint meeting of the Council of Permanent Representatives of the CIS at statutory and other bodies, scheduled for March 25, and the next meeting of the Commission, planned for April 15.
