As a result of the completion of the liquidation process, the credit union "START KAPITAL INVEST" has been removed from the State Register of Credit Unions.

The financial status of credit organizations was also discussed during the meetings. Issues regarding the compliance of commercial banks with the Central Bank's directives and adherence to prudential regulations were reviewed, along with the findings from inspections of banks, microfinance, and payment organizations, as well as the fulfillment of the requirements of the Law "On the Consideration of Appeals from Individuals and Legal Entities."

Following the inspections, violations were identified. One payment system operator received a warning about the potential imposition of sanctions due to non-compliance with legal requirements and the directives of the Central Bank. Penalties were imposed on 10 banks that committed violations.
