Another 16 questions were related to the financial condition of credit organizations, their compliance with the instructions and prudential norms set by the Central Bank, as well as the results of audits and studies conducted in commercial banks and microfinance organizations.
During the inspections carried out by the Central Bank, fines were imposed on 7 banks and 2 microfinance organizations for violating established regulations.
Additionally, warnings were issued regarding the potential application of measures and sanctions against 2 payment organizations and 2 payment system operators that failed to meet the requirements for minimum charter capital and legal form, as well as violations related to the security and protection of information in the automated banking systems of 4 commercial banks.
