The airline Uzbekistan Airways has announced the resumption of regular flights on the Tashkent – Lahore – Tashkent route.

Flights will be operated weekly on Fridays, starting from November 29. Schedule (local time):

  • departure from Tashkent – 6:00, arrival in Lahore – 8:20;
  • departure from Lahore – 9:20, arrival in Tashkent – 11:45.

The ticket price for a one-way journey starts at 2,125,799 sums at the time of publication, while the return ticket starts at 4,593,297 sums.

Tickets can be purchased on the official website uzairways.com, via the mobile app, at Uzbekistan Airways Sales branches, or through the airline's agents.

Previously, the airline launched flights from Tashkent to Lahore in the summer of 2021. These also operated on Fridays, with prices starting at 3.4 million sums at that time.

In August of this year, the government of Pakistan lifted visa fees for tourists from Uzbekistan and an additional 125 countries. Their citizens can apply for electronic visas for free through the Ministry of Internal Affairs' website.

Earlier, Spot reported that starting November 17, Uzbekistan Airways will launch regular flights from Tashkent to Hangzhou.
