“Uzbekistan Railways” has announced the launch of its annual New Year promotion for university students.
The offer is valid for domestic train routes during the holiday period from December 23, 2024, to January 10, 2025. Tickets for this period are being sold at a 50% discount off the standard fare.
Discounts do not apply to high-comfort carriages (SV/VIP) or to the Afrosiyob high-speed trains.
Students can purchase discounted tickets either at the railway ticket office with their passport or online through the platform eticket.railway.uz. For more details, one can contact the Uzbekistan Railways call center at the short number 1005, at ticket offices, or through the Telegram channel “Uztemiryulovchi.”
On December 10, Uzbekistan Airways announced the start of ticket sales for students with a 50% discount on domestic flights during the New Year period.
