The state-owned company "Navoiuran" has shared the results of its activities for 2024. This was reported by the press service of the state company.

Last year, "Navoiuran" produced goods worth 13.7 trillion sums ($1.06 billion at the official exchange rate of the Central Bank). Compared to 2023, the "growth rate" reportedly reached 28.1%.

However, when compared to the reports for 2023, the volume of production in monetary terms increased by 2.04 times (6.7 trillion sums).

Within the investment program, "Navoiuran" doubled its fund utilization to $125.9 million. The "implementation of comprehensive measures to optimize costs" allowed for a reduction in production costs by 457.2 billion sums.

Additionally, 122 jobs were created, and within the localization program, goods worth 58.7 billion sums were produced (an increase of 32.1%).

As a result of 2024, "Navoiuran" entered the top three largest taxpayers in Uzbekistan, contributing 4.6 trillion sums to the budget (compared to 2.6 trillion sums in the 11 months of 2023).

The leaders traditionally are NGMC (35.4 trillion sums) and AGMC (10.8 trillion sums), which together account for 23% of all revenue.

In July 2022, "Navoiuran" disclosed its revenue and profit figures for the first time. In the first quarter, the state enterprise sold uranium and other materials worth 767.4 billion sums.

According to the results of 2023, uranium concentrate production in Uzbekistan increased by 11% — reaching 6.7 trillion sums ($600 million). In 2024, "Navoiuran" planned to invest $145 million in eight projects, of which $50 million will be allocated for foreign investment.

"Navoiuran" ranks sixth in the world in uranium production. The state company accounts for 7% of the global uranium output — over 3.8 thousand tons.

Earlier, Spot reported that in 2024, AGMC increased production volume by 20%.
