The monitoring results indicated that, compared to October, the minimum prices have decreased in eight categories.
Specifically, the prices for yellow onions fell by 8.2%, wheat flour by 7.6%, cabbage by 6.3%, buckwheat by 5.1%, lemons by 5.1%, sugar by 1.2%, apples by 0.8%, and rice by 0.6%.
Meanwhile, the minimum prices increased for ten categories. The most significant price hikes were observed for tomatoes and cucumbers, which can be attributed to seasonality. However, compared to the same period last year, cucumber prices are down by 14.5%, while tomato prices have risen by just 0.4%.
For three categories, the minimum prices remained unchanged. This includes pasta, chicken fillet, and margarine.
