A new business center, Trilliant, has opened in the heart of Tashkent, marking one of the first A+ class Business Park projects in Uzbekistan. With a total area of 125,000 square meters, it features modern office towers standing 14 and 17 stories high, a luxurious five-star InterContinental hotel, a congress center, shops, restaurants, and cafes—everything necessary for a comprehensive and convenient business ecosystem.
The project was meticulously designed by the renowned Singaporean architectural firm DPA Architects, focusing on hospitality and sustainable development. Trilliant meets all global standards for office spaces. Reduced operating costs and high-tech infrastructure make it attractive to businesspeople. Additionally, this project has become one of the first in Uzbekistan to receive LEED Gold certification, confirming its commitment to high international sustainability standards. A low carbon footprint, minimal energy consumption, sustainable landscaping solutions, electric vehicle charging stations, recycling systems, and intelligent ventilation are all fundamental principles on which the Trilliant project was built.
Trilliant has also partnered with the international hotel chain InterContinental, hosting one of its flagship hotels in Tashkent. Modern social areas, a congress center, meeting rooms, and a sports and spa center make the hotel indispensable for both business events and for hosting weddings and private celebrations. The Equilibrium Spa and Gym, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, has become very popular in Tashkent, while the Ember Bar restaurant has quickly gained recognition among locals and visitors alike.
The project utilized concrete grade M 700/800, and advanced security systems and technologies ensure maximum protection. Trilliant offers 345 office spaces and 34 commercial shops, catering to the needs of large-scale businesses. The project was realized in collaboration with international consultants such as JLL, TSP, InvestIn, and Securitas, making it ambitious and promising in Tashkent's business environment.
The opening of Trilliant took place in December 2022, and since then, the project has been functioning successfully. Among the office and commercial tenants are global companies such as:
