Two major hotels in Tashkent were sold for $46 million.
Uzbekistan, Tashkent – According to AN Podrobno.uz, the privatization process for two major hotels in Tashkent has concluded: Lotte City Hotel Tashkent Palace and International Hotel Tashkent. The total value of the transactions reached 46 million dollars, reports a correspondent from Podrobno.uz.

According to the State Asset Management Agency, the entire 100% state share of the Lotte City Hotel Tashkent Palace was acquired by the insurance company Alfa Invest for 20 million dollars. Meanwhile, the International Hotel Tashkent was sold to the construction company Smart Fast Stroy, which offered 26 million dollars for the property.
Both companies were declared winners of the auction due to their compliance with the requirements and their readiness to pay the established prices for the assets.
