Uzbekistan, Tashkent – According to AN Podrobno.uz, an Emergency Headquarters will be established in Uzbekistan to manage investment projects funded by international financial institutions and foreign government organizations, reports a correspondent from Podrobno.uz.

According to the presidential decree dated February 11, regional divisions will be established in the areas.

The headquarters, set to commence operations in 2025, will serve as a key mechanism for attracting investments and coordinating measures for the allocation of funds through both state-guaranteed loans and non-guaranteed borrowings. In addition, the structure will focus on exploring the potential for implementing promising investment projects.

The document specifies that Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov will lead the activities of the headquarters. His deputies will include Prosecutor General Nigmatilla Yuldashev, Deputy Prime Minister Jamshid Khojaev, and Executive Director of the Reconstruction and Development Fund Shukhrat Vafaev.

The headquarters will also include the head of the Ministry of Ecology Aziz Abduhakimov, Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services Sherzod Khidoyatov, representatives from the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade, Economy and Finance, the Cabinet of Ministers of Karakalpakstan, local authorities, and prosecutors from Tashkent and the regions.
