According to the order "On Establishing the Amounts of State Duty for Issuing Licenses for Activities of Service Providers in the Field of Crypto Asset Circulation," registered on December 17, 2024, the amounts of state duty for issuing licenses to service providers in this sector have been established in Uzbekistan.
These amounts are calculated in multiples of the basic calculation value effective on the date of payment:
for cryptocurrency exchanges – 73,400 times the BCV;
for mining pools – 3,000 times the BCV;
for crypto depositories – 7,000 times the BCV;
for crypto stores – 3,700 times the BCV.
As of October 1, 2024, 1 BCV in Uzbekistan is equal to 375,000 sums.
It is worth noting that in March of this year, the National Agency for Prospective Projects decided to increase the fee amounts for participants in the cryptocurrency market, aiming to boost budget revenues.
