Власти Узбекистана намерены снять санкции за определенные нарушения со стороны предпринимателей.

Uzbekistan's authorities intend to lift sanctions for various violations committed by entrepreneurs.

Uzbekistan, Tashkent – According to AN Podrobno.uz, starting January 1, 2025, Uzbekistan plans to eliminate fines for conducting business without registering as an individual entrepreneur. Additionally, there are proposals to abolish administrative penalties for violations of digital labeling rules and the display of fiscal labels, as well as for concealing the number of employees, reports Podrobno.uz correspondent.

Additionally, starting from March 1, 2025, a procedure for partial reimbursement of state fees will be introduced to facilitate dispute resolution if the case in court is concluded through an agreement between the parties.

These proposals aimed at enhancing the legal protection of entrepreneurs were presented today to President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. It has been reported that they were developed following the open dialogue held on August 20 between the head of state and entrepreneurs.

The authorities also plan to approve a list of bodies authorized to monitor the activities of entrepreneurs. Inspections not included in this list will be prohibited. All inspections will be registered in the business ombudsman's information system "Unified State Control."

Starting January 1, 2025, inspections will be conducted based on the electronic system "Risk Analysis."
