The Bureau of Enforcement has put a building up for sale in the Yunusabad district of Tashkent, as reported on E-auksion.
The two-story building, constructed in 1976, is located near the intersection of Chingiz Aitmatov and Osiyo streets, in the vicinity of the Hydrometeorological Center and the campus of the Astronomical Institute. According to photos and public data, this concerns the New Bukhara Premium restaurant.
The total area of the premises is 646 sq. m. (including 598 sq. m. of usable space). The plot on which the building is situated covers 7 acres.
All utilities are available — gas, electricity, water supply, and sewage. There is a small inner courtyard and a summer terrace.
The starting price for the lot is 9.63 billion sums. The auction will take place on November 29 at 10:00 AM, and applications can be submitted until 9:00 AM on the same day.
The lot is being sold in accordance with the decision of the Economic Affairs Board of the Navoi Regional Court from April (enforcement document 4−2101−2202/314).
