Жизнь и работа в России: делимся информацией о финансовых услугах.

Life and work in Russia: we share insights on financial services available in the country.

For those considering the option of living and working in Russia, there is a wealth of information to explore—from job and housing searches to everyday details like banking cards and money transfers. Fortunately, many questions can be answered with T-Bank, which not only offers a convenient debit card that can be opened without a Russian passport or phone number, but also provides essential financial services.

We explain how life and work in Russia can become a bit easier with the products and services of T-Bank.

The app and support — in your native language

The T-Bank app can be configured so that all buttons and prompts are in your language.

And it's not just the interface: if you have a question, need to obtain a reference, or clarify conditions, you can chat with support in Uzbek, English, or Russian. Support is available 24/7.

The help desk will assist foreigners with paperwork

  • on obtaining a residence permit and temporary residence permit;
  • registering biometrics;
  • finding work and housing;
  • obtaining a patent and necessary references;
  • social payments;
  • enrolling children in kindergarten and school and other inquiries.

For example, Sherali Ibragimov tried to submit documents for a temporary residence permit on his own but received rejections several times. He used the free consultation in the app, received clear instructions, and completed everything correctly on the first try.

"I went to the migration center several times, tried to submit documents for a temporary residence permit, but each time I left with a rejection. Once — due to an incorrect translation of my passport, another time — because I filled out something incorrectly in the application.

I was already considering paying intermediaries, but they charge from 10,000 rubles. In the T-Bank app, they told me how to correct the mistakes. If I had gone to intermediaries, they would have charged several thousand rubles for the same advice," Ibragimov shares.

You can make commission-free transfers

One of the main features of the Black card is the ability to transfer money to CIS countries without a fee for amounts up to 20,000 rubles per month (about 2.6 million sums). You can send money directly through the mobile app, and the system will immediately show how much the recipient will receive in sums at the current exchange rate.

With a Pro subscription, you can transfer up to 50,000 rubles (about 6.5 million sums) per month without commission.

You can transfer money using a phone number instead of complicated bank details. Many people coming to Russia from Central Asia regularly send money to their relatives but face commissions, delays, and complicated details. For instance, our compatriot, builder Doniyor Azizov, used to use another method for transferring money, losing up to 5% of the amount.

"It seems like a small amount, but if you send home 30,000 rubles, that's already 1,500 rubles going away just like that. I switched to T-Bank, and now all the money reaches my family without any commission. Plus, the exchange rate is fair, not undervalued," Azizov explains.

No passport or Russian SIM card required for registration

You can apply for a T-Bank Black card without a Russian passport or SIM card. Your local phone that you use in Uzbekistan will suffice.

You can open a savings account

Black cardholders with a Pro subscription can open a savings account with an interest rate of up to 16% per annum. This makes it convenient to save money, while access to the savings is always available, unlike fixed deposits. You can replenish the account at any time and use the funds for payments or transfers. Interest is accrued daily and paid out monthly.

Flying is beneficial

With a Pro subscription, you will receive up to 3% cashback on airline ticket purchases in the "Travel" section of the T-Bank app, which is especially advantageous for frequent travelers.

"I fly home every 2-3 months, and tickets are always a significant expense. The last ticket I bought from Tashkent to Moscow cost 20,000 rubles. With the Pro subscription, I got back 600 rubles. It may seem small, but that's already a taxi to the airport or a couple of lunches at a café," shares taxi driver Muhammad Aliyev.

Earn cashback up to 30% through special offers

With the Black card, you can choose categories with increased cashback each month, such as groceries or fuel.

Additionally, through special offers with the bank's partners, you can earn cashback of up to 30% on purchases. Cashback is credited in rubles, not in bonuses.

One card — access to financial services and free consultations about life and work in Russia.
