Akrom Adhamjonovich Vasilyov has been appointed as the acting general director of JSC "Uzbekekspetiza," as reported by the press service of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
On January 20, an extraordinary general meeting of the supervisory board of "Uzbekekspetiza" addressed organizational issues. Specifically, Akrom Vasilyov was confirmed as the acting general director of the company.
Prior to this new appointment, he held various positions in the state joint-stock company for foreign economic activities "Markazsanoatexport" and "Uzsanoatexport."
According to the Unified Portal of Corporate Information, Vasilyov led "Markazsanoatexport," and also served as the marketing and export director and acting chairman at "Uzsanoatexport."
At the conclusion of the meeting, shareholders outlined the main functional tasks and directions that "Uzbekekspetiza" needs to implement in the future. Present at the meeting were the head of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Davron Vakhabov, and the head of "Uzstandart," Akmal Jumanzarov.
According to the State Register of Legal Entities, "Uzbekekspetiza" was established in November 1994, with its primary activity being "technical testing and analysis." Its authorized capital amounts to 2.58 billion sums, and the current leader is Yunusov Jamalidin Makhammatbakiyevich.
In December 2024, there was a change in the general director of "Uzbekekspetiza." Artem Aleksandrovich Grigoryants was succeeded by Jamalidin Yunusov, who was appointed as the acting head.
