The awards for "Contribution to Reducing the Carbon Footprint of the Economy in Partnership with GEFF Uzbekistan" and "Best Technological Project within the GREEN TFP Program" highlight the bank's role in promoting environmental and energy-saving solutions.
A representative from "Ipak Yuli" Bank spoke at the thematic session "Progress, Challenges, and Next Steps in Transitioning to a Green Economy in Uzbekistan." During the discussion, key pathways for integrating "green" technologies, supporting energy-efficient initiatives, and plans for establishing an environmentally sustainable economy were emphasized.

History of cooperation with the EBRD under the GEFF program:
- September 10, 2019: The first agreement was signed for $5 million to finance small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) projects related to the implementation of high-efficiency and energy-saving technologies, as well as renewable energy sources;
- December 1, 2022: The second agreement was concluded for $6 million to continue financing energy-efficient projects for SMEs under the GEFF;
- December 1, 2023: The GEFF II agreement was signed for $20 million, which helped expand the bank's "green" portfolio and actively support the implementation of environmentally friendly technologies.
