Firstly, the ability to insure loans directly within the application. Now clients can easily arrange insurance for their loan without leaving the app. This service provides protection against financial risks in the event of job loss, emergencies, or disability. In the occurrence of any of these events, the client will be exempt from loan payments upon providing the necessary supporting documents. The second important change is the notification that the passport details are outdated and require updating. Users will receive relevant messages in the app, allowing them to timely and securely update their information and avoid potential issues when using the bank's services. There is no need to visit the bank's office for this.
