The Tashkent markets are set to increase payment amounts for vendors. The capital's hokimiyat has published a draft of the relevant resolution.
The document outlines new daily payment rates for renting spaces in farmers' markets and trading complexes. It also specifies rental fees for scales, carts, and other equipment, as well as storage of goods in warehouses and refrigerators.
Rental rates for selling food products and agricultural goods will rise by 20−27%. An exception is made for vegetables (excluding greenhouse cucumbers and tomatoes), greens, and bread—these will see a 10% increase.
The rental fee for a spot at the Sergeli automobile market will increase by an average of 25−30%. At the same time, the increase will be around 20% for renting an open space for selling a passenger car, motorcycle, or motor scooter.
At the "Urikzor" market, rates are proposed to rise by 30%. Additionally, there are plans to abolish reduced payment rates for trading points in the "Melons," "Carpet World," "Consumer Goods," and "Building Materials" departments.
Moreover, payment rates for renting buildings and structures owned by markets and trading complexes will also increase by 30%. The same increase is expected for payments for mandatory services (cleaning and maintenance of engineering communications).
The draft resolution can be reviewed on the SOVAZ portal. Discussion of the document will continue until February 7.
Earlier, Spot reported that the capital's hokimiyat selected the company Streetpark Systems as the operator for paid parking.
