The Brio Group, which manages the payment service Oson, is increasing its authorized capital. This information is reported on the Unified Portal of Corporate Information.
To achieve this, an additional 288 million ordinary shares worth 5 billion sums are set to be issued. The issuance was registered with the National Agency for Prospective Projects in December and is intended for placement with the sole shareholder.
After the placement, the authorized capital of Oson will amount to 25 billion sums. This change marks the third adjustment in the past 12 months.
In February 2024, the company re-registered as a joint-stock company and increased its authorized capital from 10 billion to 13 billion sums. This decision was made in accordance with the requirements for payment services approved in the fall of 2023.
The next increase occurred in September when Oson issued shares worth 7 billion sums. Following this, its authorized capital reached 20 billion sums, meeting the minimum threshold for payment organizations that will be effective from July 2025.
